Screen Printing

West River Printing is proud to offer a variety of traditional screen printing methods to achieve the highest quality in custom apparel.

We use some of the best plastisol and water based inks in the industry. Utilizing additional additives and enhancements to achieve unique effects and textures, making every finished project a dream come true.

Artwork is designed and approved.

Artwork is separated for color and films are made.

Films are attached to screens and exposed to light.

Screen is washed out to create a stencil.

Screen is taped, placed on registration on the press.

Ink is placed on the screen and a squeegee is set in place.

Shirts are loaded on press and ink is pressed onto garment through the screen.

Print is finished and shirt is pulled and placed in the dryer.

Shirts dry to the appropriate temperature for the ink and garment.

Shirts are sized out and boxed for delivery, pickup, or shipment.
